What is a "Lifestyle" photo session?

     Lifestyle photography is a style of capturing photos that displays non-posed, raw emotion and what happens in a moment.  Although I do photograph a few poses, the majority is candid moments that I walk you through. To me, this tells a more detailed photographic story. Your beautiful life as it is.

Can I bring my pet(s)?

​

Of course!!!  I always want my clients to bring their

fur- babies with them!  Just give me a heads up so I can bring some treats!

How long does a lifestyle session last and what are they like?

​

     These sessions typically last an hour.  When smaller children are being photographed the time could be shorter or a little longer depending on their behavior. Hehe!  I have two little ones of my own so I know how that goes.

Tip:  Make sure your kiddos are well rested and bring snacks if needed.

A session with me is super laid back and fun!  I will walk you through the entire thing using fun prompts to bring out natural laughter and smiles! I absolutely love candid moments and photographing them as they happen.

When can I expect my photos to be finished?

​

     A few days after the session I will post sneak peeks to my social media or email them to you.  You can expect your full gallery to be finished in 3 weeks. Once finished I will email the link to your online personal gallery where you can download your images, purchase prints or share to social media.

How would you describe your editing style?

​

    My editing style is very natural. I want things to be as they appear but turned up a notch too.  I edit to give depth to an image. So you can feel something when you look at it. I use Lightroom mainly and Photoshop sparingly. You will never find me changing the shape of someone's nose, face or body, ever.  I believe God made each one of us beautiful the way we are. So the only thing I retouch will be small blemishes on the face and sometimes smoothing of the skin. 

I professionally edit every single one of the images you receive.

Do you travel?

​

     Yes! But not out of the state of Texas. Not yet. I have two small children and a husband that need me, lol!  Let me know what your vision is for your session.  I can always get out of the house for the day!

How soon should I book?

     

     If you know the date you want I recommend reaching out as soon as possible to get placed in my calendar.  Life does get busy for me so to make sure you have a spot please contact me.

Are the digital images included and do I have printing rights?

​

Yes and yes!  A set number of digital images are included with each collection and rights to printing at any outside lab of your choice. Although, I highly recommend printing through my professional lab because the quality is top notch! Once you reach out to me with your session choice I will send you all of the details.
